The team of like-minded people who created the Arstan Technologies engineering project set an ambitious goal – to raise the level of quality control of oil production and oil refining products in the country, as well as to introduce environmental monitoring everywhere, using international experience in implementing standard methods on modern equipment. The minimum task in the realization of this program is to help the companies of the oil and gas industry of Kyrgyzstan in the hard modern requirements. One of the other planned goals is to assist the municipal authorities in organizing environmental monitoring centers in order to reduce the level of atmospheric gas contamination in the settlements and industrial centers, to eliminate the causes of pollution of the Republic’s natural resources – water and soil.
