The main specialization of our company is a supply of equipment for laboratories of oil producing and oil refineries companies, as well as for the operational control of fuels at gasoline warehouses, gas stations. The list of quality control methods for oil and oil products is contained in the Annexes to the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union “The safety of oil prepared for transportation and use” (TR EAEU 045/2017) and “The requirements for motor and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, fuel for jet engines and fuel oil” (TR TS EAEU 013/2011). For all these methods, we have reliable solutions based on modern high-level equipment.

As an example, here are the main fuel quality points realized in the typical laboratory:

• distillation (initial, middle and final boiling point)
• octane number RON/MON (for gasoline), cetane number (for diesel fuel)
• cloud point, pour point, CFPP
• density
• sulfur content
• content of iron, vanadium, other elements
• viscosity
• flash point
• total pollution (particle counters or gravimetric units)
• specific electrical conductivity
• pressure of saturated steam (by Reid method or extension methods)

In addition, our company offers universal analyzers, with a complete set for your task – chromatographs, spectrometers of the infrared, ultraviolet and visible spectra, X-ray fluorescence and atomic absorption spectrometers, mass-spectrometers, including inductively coupled plasma, automatic titrators. These analyzers will allow you to determine the chemical composition of your sample, identify the presence of impurities, to careful conduct their quantitative and qualitative analysis.

The list of goods includes the equipment for sample preparation, as well as the general laboratory equipment – scales, muffle furnaces, drying cabinets, thermostats and cryostats, water and oil baths, vacuum pumps, professional petroleum-resistant dishwashers – everything that a laboratory cannot do without.
