Arstan Technologies provides a full range of services for commissioning, repair and maintenance of laboratory equipment of leading world manufacturers, including the USA, EU countries, EAEU and the People’s Republic of China.

The company has a successful experience of participating in tenders for  technical repair and maintenance services. The company  has its own engineering staff, 100% of which are specialists with higher technical education. As a rule, the customer of service work is the organization that previously purchased equipment from us. But often we are faced with service requests for devices purchased from other suppliers. If necessary, we request a service manual from the factory, our engineers study it, and then the necessary work is carried out. As part of the service, it is often necessary to purchase a defective unit or spare part, and the work is completed after its purchase.

At the request of the customer, we are ready to offer the supply of equipment along with an extended warranty service for a period of 2 years or more.
